Shipping

	Shipping Cost is a flat $8.50 on all US orders. $8.50 if using a PO Box. For larger and oversized items, there will be an oversized shipping charged calculated into the price in addition to the normal shipping charges.
	Orders shipped to Canada are calculated at $18.00 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item. Please email for rates on oversized items such as stretchers or punching bags.
	We will ship only to US, UK and to Canada.
	For faster service, please use a physical address. We will ship to PO Boxes and APO's but they take a little longer.

Delivery takes between 1 to 3 weeks with the average order less than 10 days. APO's and over seas may take up to 6 or 8 weeks.

Happiness Guaranteed. If you need to exchange something you will have to cover the cost of shipping back to us yourself and allow 1-3 weeks to receive replacement item. Please see Return Procedures.
